Happy 2nd Birthday, Brody!

This post is a little late ... Happy 2nd Birthday to Brody! We had a great time celebrating with family and friends. Brody is in to anything that 'moves' -- so, we had a John Deere tractor theme birthday! His new favorite thing - birthday cake! We have been celebrating so many birthdays lately that he thinks he should get cake all the time! :)

We survived...the month of May!

So, the month of May was extremely busy hence no blog posts. We had Grandma Betty's birthday party in Wisconsin, Brody's 2nd birthday party, Mother's Day, Nora's baby dedication, mommy went back to work, Danielle and Jason's wedding in Iowa, GYRIG race, daddy got a promotion & traveled EVERY week and to top it all off Nora got sick and we made several trips to the doctor (all is good now!) Although we had some really fun and exciting events during this month I am so glad it is over and hopefully things will slow down for the rest of the summer.

Not sure how we would have gotten through this busy month without the support of our family and friends ... thank you!

Nora = 4 months old!

Today Nora is 4 months old. She is all dressed up for her baby dedication that was last Sunday!

Bath time!

Brody and Nora both love bath time. Brody is such a good helper! As you can see a lot is going on at once ... does Raleigh really need to be in the bathroom during bath time?!? :)

Happy Easter!

We had a great Easter in Iowa. Celebrated with Danielle at her wedding shower on Saturday and then Brody and Nora had a fun Easter Sunday ... the Easter bunny came, Easter egg hunt, flew a kite and played with cousins!

'Big Boy' Bed

These pictures make me laugh ... not sure what kind of pose he is in and his jammies are too small! :)

It has been a really hard month. We transitioned Brody to his 'big boy' bed and it didn't go well. After a month of little sleep and a lot of struggles he is finally liking his new bed and sleeping pretty well. Thank goodness!!
