We had such a nice Christmas at home this year. Took the kids to the Macy's display downtown on Christmas Eve and then to church. Then spent Christmas day at home and Nana and Papa came into town to celebrate with us. Brody was really excited this year as he starting to understand Santa, presents etc and Jesus' birthday. What a fun Christmas we had!

Wisconsin Christmas

The kids and I spent a week in Wisconsin while daddy worked in Chicago. We had a fun week with Grandma and Grandpa. Then mommy and daddy got to spend a night in Chicago without kids -- thank you Nana and Papa Jimenez! We also celebrated an early Christmas with the Jimenez's.

Nora = 11 months

Poor Nora, her first meeting with Santa didn't go so well! Brody was more interested in his candy cane than anything else. The holiday season is here and what fun we are having!

Nora = 10 months

Nora was 10 months yesterday and starting to move around by scooting on her bottom. She wanted so badly to get out and play in the snow!

Hello Winter!

We had our first snow and Brody made his first snowman (with daddy's help)!

We had such a fun Halloween. Brody had a blast trick or treating and wow did we have the kids this year ... at least 160! Nora will be able to join in on the fun next year.

We seemed to go through a wrestling match almost every night as the kids are getting ready for bed. I am always telling Brody to be gentle with his sister but she loves his attention and giggles even when he is tackling her! :0

Nora = 9 months

Nora is still my very happy and layed back girl. She is starting to prepare for crawling but hasn't worked it out yet. Also, 4 teeth are popping through and to this point has been pretty good with teething. We are blessed!

Brody's first day of 'school'

Brody started a mini preschool like program one day a week. Today was the first day. He cried when I dropped him off but when I picked him up he was happy as can be and they said he did great! I was dreading today ... Brody kept telling me "I go to school and cry for mama!" :)

Nora = 8 months

Nora was 8 months yesterday. She is still such a happy girl and her newest thing is babbling mama...ma..ma. When I leave the room she is always yelling for me now. So cute!

Cousins

We were in Wisconsin and got some great pictures of all the cousins on the Jimenez side -- they had so much fun together!

Camping

Daddy and Brody went camping a couple of weeks ago. They had so much fun and Brody did great sleeping in the tent!

Nora is now stable sitting up so it makes bathtime much more fun for everyone. This picture of both the kids makes me laugh ... can you tell that Nora is off the charts for weight and height!?! :)
