First week

Nora is on her way home from the hospital wearing the outfit that I wore home from the hospital almost 32 years ago!

Nora with her cousin Reagan.

Here are some highlights from Nora's first week at home. She is doing great ... past her birth weight -- she now weighs 7 lbs 8 oz and loves to eat. We are still working on the sleeping part. Her big brother loves her and the transition for him is going pretty well!

Over the two weeks we have had several visitors and are so thankful to have such wonderful friends, family and neighbors who have brought over gifts, meals etc. The first two weeks at home are going well and have gone by so quickly!

Welcome Baby Girl!

We welcomed Nora Elizabeth Jimenez on Wednesday, January 13 at 10:05am. 7 pounds, 2 ounces and 19 1/2 inches long. Nora is Frank's grandma's name who passed away a couple of years ago. We feel honored to give Nora this name.

Nora came almost exactly 2 weeks early. Contractions started at 6:30pm on Tuesday evening and we finally went to the hospital at 2am on Wednesday morning. It took her awhile to get ready to come but once she was ready everything went really quick from there. She is very healthy and little spunky! Brody came to the hospital yesterday and really wasn't that interested ... more interested in dancing around the hospital room. Soon enough he will start to understand how his life is going to change! All is well and we are so thankful to have two healthy children!
